Terms and Conditions

Ariiyo maintains a canonical registry of businesses and people for use across the directory ecosystem. The Service allows owners and authorized representatives to register, claim, and maintain listings, and allows authorized applications to read and write registry data through our APIs.

Ariiyo is a registration and profile management platform. Discovery and consumer browsing may occur on separate connected applications that integrate with the registry.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service on behalf of a business or association, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of information you submit to the registry. Ownership claims may require verification before a listing is associated with your account.

We may review, moderate, reject, correct, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or inconsistent with registry standards.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, defamatory, or fraudulent information or impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by our APIs and documentation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Authorized applications may access registry data subject to separate API terms, rate limits, and technical policies. Misuse of API credentials may result in suspension or termination of access.

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content as needed to operate the registry and provide the Service.

Business registration and profile management through Ariiyo is currently offered without charge. We may introduce paid features or services in the future with reasonable notice where required.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that registry data will meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ariiyo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ariiyo and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
